At Highlight Hair Salon, we are committed to creating inclusive environment for every client. We recognize and respect the significance of privacy and personal preferences, especially for our valued hijab-wearing clients.
Private Service Day – Wednesdays:
In our commitment to providing a private and all-female environment, we have designated Wednesdays as our private service day. On this day, our salon is exclusively reserved for female clients, including hijab-wearing individuals seeking additional privacy. You can enjoy our services in a serene and comfortable setting without any male presence.
Booking Policy
A $10 deposit will now be required for all bookings made via phone or in person. This will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking, and any applicable cancellation fees will also be processed through this card if necessary. For online bookings, the full amount of the service will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Need to cancel? No worries! If you let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded. If cancellations are made within 48 hours, up to 50% of the service cost may be charged. Please note: Cancellations cannot be made via phone, text, or email on Sundays or Mondays as the salon is closed. We understand that life happens, and we truly appreciate your support and understanding. This update allows us to continue creating beautiful hair while maintaining a sustainable, welcoming space for all of you!
After-Hours Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of our regular business hours, we understand that alternative communication methods may be necessary.
If cancellations or booking changes are submitted after 6PM via email: adm.highlighthairsalon@gmail.com, voicemail, or direct message on Instagram or Facebook, please note that the notice period will begin at 9AM the following business day.
Adjustment Policy
If you feel adjustments are needed after receiving your hair service, let us know within seven days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary follow-up session with one of our expert stylists to address any concerns and make the necessary adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for hair services. Instead, we are committed to providing you with the best possible outcome. If you are unhappy with your service, we encourage you to contact us within seven days to schedule a follow-up appointment.
We believe in open communication and value your feedback as it helps us improve our services. We want you to leave our salon feeling empowered and confident with your hair.
Product Exchange Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product you purchased, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.
Exchange Eligibility:
- You are welcome to exchange any product, even if it has been opened, after the first use.
- We do not offer cash refunds; exchanges for another product are available.
- Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through recommended alternatives based on your feedback and preferences.
- The product must be exchanged within seven days of purchase.
